If you made a mistake on the size purchased you can change it for another size. If you are not satisfied with the item received, you can also make a change for an article from the same brand. A refund of the initial order will be made and a new order will be generated.

In both cases, the maximum period to make a change is 14 days from the confirmation of the order. We recommend sending the order back 7 days before the deadline so that it gets on time. To request a change please contact our CUSTOMER CARE team with the details of the order and the item you wish to change. Our team will give you the instructions to follow. The cost of transportation in case of changes or returns will be charged to the customer.

Returned items must comply with our vendors’ returns policy:

  • Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and unused, with all tags attached and the original packaging included.
  • Jewelry must be returned with the original branded boxes and dust bags, where provided, and placed inside a protective outer box for shipping.
  • Not all brands accept returns. Please keep reading the whole section.
  • Not all products are returnable. For hygiene reasons earrings are not returnable.

Please take care when trying on your purchases and return them in the same condition you received them. Any returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.

If so, you will have to contact our CUSTOMER CARE team at with the details of the order and the item/s you would like to return.

After, we will provide you with instructions to send the items to our partner vendor. Your returned item must arrive at the vendors’ address provided from no later than 14 days after your delivery date. We recommend that you book your return pick-up within 7 days of your delivery date to ensure that it arrives at the Brand partner’s location within 14 days.

And next? Prepare your package with the documents enclosed in your order. Place the item/s with all the original packaging inside the box and send it to the address provided by our CUSTOMER CARE team, following their instructions.
